I think the safemode boot with permission changes to any specific folder should provide a valid solution to whatever installation package fails with the 'error 1303' message, as long as the error message tells you the problematic folder that needs change. Rather an issue specific to 'user profile(s)' on the local machine. I've done some digging in Adobe's knowledge base and it says to modify the permissions for that folder. I guess that makes sence, but it shouldn't be trying to install anything on the D: partition but rather the C: where the program is installed right? Since I'm installing and update, it doesn't give me the option to select where to install.
